Reserved it via cycle-to-work scheme, so I was a bit worried that the extra paperwork might be a drag but it wasn't: I got a call back from the guys to confirm everything and by the time my voucher was sorted, they got my bike packed up and ready to go almost immediately.I finalised the order on Thursday lunchtime and had my new bike with me (well wrapped and in mint condition) by Friday afternoon. Did not expect it to be so quick and easy. They even put in a set of pedals for me free of charge when I asked. Really impressed!

Have been looked after at this place. Definitely phone 48 hrs ahead if you're looking online, and let them know the model of bike. They'll erect the bike for you to take a close look at. Also, be sure to use their servicing one a new bike after 5 or so months. It helps to keep bikes in order and well maintained.Great bunch of guys who know what they're talking about.

Customer Service was brilliant. Polite on the telephone and super speedy service. Ordered Sunday, delivered Tuesday by an also polite, well dressed TNT driver. The van was also clean, all parcels packed well, not just strewn across the van. All in all a first rate service. The bike is also amazing.
