We have hired cars through Zest Car Rental for our holidays to Italy, Portugal, Croatia and Spain. Their website is easy to use and always offers excellent value for money. They always have a great choice of companies to choose from and all of the cars we have been supplied with have been in good condition. The staff at the airports collection points have all spoken English and have been polite and helpful, and have not tried to persuade us to buy extras - ie extra cover to top up what is already included in the price. A great company to use and highly recommended by us.
Absolutely brilliant service from Zest their customer service was excellent on booking and Rent Auto the car provider too. The car was exactly what I chose very clean inside and out. Would highly recommend to everyone. Excellent prices too just the best. Oh forgot to mention no hidden charges I have used them before in Portugal and would definitely use them across Europe.. First class service throughout.
I like the fact I get everything and I can pay the extra and thats it no hard sell at airport and no bills for some made up scratch after reason I have used you three times now. You make it simple so I don't have to spend all evening reading the small print for that clause thats going to cost me more than the hire after. Best hassle free car experience and I've hired a lot of holiday cars all over the world!
I conducted a lot of research regarding renting a car in Spain. The only site I found with good reviews was Zest. There were lots of negative comments about other operators. Best service I have ever had from car hire broker. Easy to use website, transparent prices. Excellent after sales customer service to help resolve an issue. They contacted me to let me know of change in deposit terms of car hire company I'd booked with and to advise I should only pay the deposit quoted at time of booking and to contact them if any issues. Really impressed with this company.
