I've never known a haulage/delivery company to go out of their way to help as much as Walpole did. The delivery driver, David Bales was so helpful. We live rather remotely and from the minute he phoned for more detailed directions, he has super enthusiastic. His driving skills second to none as he navigated the massive lorry to a position near our home. Most companies we've dealt with would just leave the delivery at the top of our long dirt drive but with the forklift truck on his lorry he was able to drive the large palette directly to our door. Just a pleasure to deal with so refreshingly helpful and friendly.
