Very untrustworthy and unprofessional, doesn't keep his appointments and doesn't honour the bookings/arrangements made.When he didn't show up to fix my roof as promised, I tried ringing and texting him but he didn't even bother to reply. I tried getting in touch for weeks and weeks and he just ignored me. In the mean time, I managed to get rodents in my loft through the holes in the roof. I have now found someone who is kind and professional to come and do the job for me. Thank you very much indeed.
Having Ross and his team on site has been a lot of fun and the end result is just stunning - a water tight house that really catches the eye. The February weather didn't help but the team were always on-site and their attention to detail was second to none...... Thanks guys!
