Great Polar Express experience. Going to make it a family tradition to come every year. Actors were fantastic keeping the atmosphere alive, thought the show at the beginning was a marvelous with Smokey and Steamer keeping the crowd laughing and cheering all the while. Whole family loved the steam engine that was on show and that one of the chefs and the hobbo were keeping the show going on the platform at the end. Thank you to the volunteers of the Mid Norfolk Railway as well. Can't wait until next year!!!!!
Just returned from a trip on the polar express.5 star. from checking in to the end of the trip it couldnt have been better.The attention to detail was fantastic everyone involved worked so hard to mke it such a magical and special time .The children were thrilled and amazed, so were we adults.We believe. Thank you to everyone involved well worth the trip from Essex.. suggest you book for next year asap.
Wow fantastic my daughter had an amazing time and the crew were awesome they couldnt do enough for our daughter who has autism she had so much fun
Don't usually do reviews, but just been on the polar express Dereham & it was absolutely brilliant, my children had a great time. The staff were amazing. I recommend this to anyone
Rude, arrogant staff. I understand you use volunteers, but I pay full price and expect to be treated with respect, being a volunteer doesnt give you the right to treat paying customers like nothing!Our day has been ruined as a result.There is a clear lack of management, looks like its run by amateurs or management just doesnt care ! If you want to keep your dignity avoid !
