We went for a viewing yesterday as we are booking our cat in at the end of the month. We were greeted warmly and obviously the staff have great knowledge on cats. I love how the cats staying all have been given nicknames and are not just a number but are known individually. We were asked good questions about diet and how he likes to be stroked. Its put my mind at rest as our boy is quite needy and I worry about leaving him.
