The staff that dealt with me (mainly Rhiannon) were always very friendly, helpful and kept me up to date whenever they could (unlike some garages I've gone to).The issue I had with my Peugeot was a known problem and was sorted free of charge, without any hassle, and with a courtesy car provided.Excellent service!
Sold a nearly new c max last year, 4 months old with 3 thousand miles on the clock. Since found out it has had 2 panels resprayed! They pleaded ignorance that they had no idea. A trained eye discovered the issue. I feel that they had at least a moral if not legal obligation to tell us. DONT TRUST this company... After a week in which I took their advice an e-mailed them I have since had no reply. Maybe they reply on here just to make it look like they do something?Nearly 2 weeks on and they have still not replied. Customer service is non existent. Over 3 weeks since I contacted customer services....guess the issue must be being thoroughly investigated to take them this long to acknowledge. Take your hard earned money somewhere else people.A few months have passed and still no response, if after sales service is what you are after. Ignore this bunch....
Brilliant service. Purchased my new car from here recently. Alex meek was my salesman and he has been the best all the way through real top lad!! There is no hard sell and no obvious patter just to get you to but the cars. Totally relaxed and always helpful.
