i have brought a little ford KA from this place and much to my surprise, as I have had problems in the past from second hand car dealers. This car is great not one single fault to speak off. The first day I owned it I drove from Dereham into Norwich during rush hour in the city and although it took me 51 mins to cross from one side to the next. This lovely little car just behaved its self. didn't over heat as a lot of other cars around me did. The owner gave me his word that it wouldn't brake down, but if it did then I was to bring it back and he would fix it at no extra cost to myself. That alone is reassuring enough for me to feel like I had gone to the right place to buy my car and should the need arise for me to buy another in the future then I will be oing back there. Thank you very much dereham car sales. And I would recommend that you all go and see what cars this man has for sale.
Just brought two cars from here over the last six month, one for myself first, then one for my wife. Both cars have been fine and with out any kind of problems since we have owned them. I was very impressed with the customer service before these sales and afterword's. As it is some times the case that once your money has been taken and you've received your goods your then pushed aside so they can take money from the next person. Like some of the bigger stores do. With this place I never felt that. I would happily recommend Dereham car sales. and will be visiting them again in the future.
i have brought seven cars from here over the last few years for myself and my family and all but one have been fine. The one that had a problem was a 206 which the cam belt broke six weeks after i brought it. (For a good price i might add). Yet even though i was two weeks over my warranty date the owner went out of his way to look after myself. He loaned me a car while he had mine fixed at his own expense. When my car came back fixed he said that if i was still unhappy with the 206 the he would let me keep the car i was using or pick one to the same value. To which i took him up on this offer. I now drive a ford focus that past the m.o.t fist time round and that i have had know problems with what so ever. I was very pleased with the way i have been treated over the years by this man and i will be getting my next car from him also.
I went here to buy a 7setter but had nothing but trouble from the day I picked it up. I went back on the same day as I got it and I wish I had left without it. I gave the guy 600 and agreed to pay 50 a week. but I had to take it back again on the Tuesday and they keeped it till the Friday and I only got it back because I needed to get to somewhere over the weekend but when I got it back it was still in pieces. I was told that they would call me when the part was in but I waited over a month and had to get in touch with trading standards for help and send a letter to him telling him wots wrong with it and giving him 14days to reply. of which he rang me 21days later and said to bring it in the next Monday of which I said ill have to wait till Thursday. he said that he would have it for only one day but we were still waiting for a call from him on the monday and I then got in touch with trading standards and they went in to see him on Wednesday and he said that all he would give me back 500 were I had given him 650 but all he said when I called was take it or see him in court and put the phone down. i then called him back and we had heated words about the money that it was wrong that I was to lose money on it because I could not use it because of the problems with it and he said he hated me and that see you in court and put the phone down. ................ there costumers service for you
