Have gone to these guys for everything from bodywork to brakes and clutches. Theyve always stuck to the quote, kept in touch regularly, checked before carrying out any work, and did I mention sticking to the quote? All their advice has been honest and useful even when they had the chance to do me for extra work. Could not recommend them highly enough.
Dark when I picked up my car, have now looked at it in daylight - brilliant job, thank you so much. Would definitely use Dereham Resprays if I had the misfortune to fall into a deep pothole and cause bodywork damage again!
Wasn't too impressed by the services I received here. My car went in for a respray on one part and I made it clear that I could book the vehicle in whenever best suited them as long as I could have it back in a 2 working day period. They said this would be fine and it ended up taking 4 days. I had to go into the garage on their request to get a courtesy car (free of charge, hence the 2 stars not 1) due to the car being late but arrived and was told I was not eligible, this meant I had to wait to get a lift home from a family member and wasted 45 mins of my time. Upon picking up my car I was then told I had to bring it back for it to be buffed up as they hadn't finished it but it was okay to drive. I agreed to come back at 4pm the next day and that it would only take 15=20 minutes. I was waiting there until 5.15pm with no apology for the long wait. I asked to have money taken off of my final bill due to my time being wasted, and having to make other arrangements for my business, and was told they would take 10. Honestly I found that to be a joke, I paid and left. I won't be returning to this garage again, for the 20 cheaper they were than Busseys (on a 320 bill) it was not worth the hassle of being messed around, waiting at the garage and the 2 days of being off the road over what I had expected. To their credit the staff were very friendly, and at least they offered a courtesy car when it reached the 4th day of me not having mine back, but that is the only reason I have given 2 stars instead of 1.
Terrible service, really awful communication. Never returns your calls. Feel completely let down.
I really can't recommend Dereham Resprays & Auto Services highly enough. Although it's a busy place they always have time for you, you're always welcome, you're treated fairly and with honesty, with a full explanation of all work to be carried out. I guess it's a 'busy place' due to being popular! Without exception it's my go to place for paint and body work. No doubt there are other body shops that work to a high standard but in my opinion few that offer this level of consistency. I've never been disappointed and personally I wouldn't go anywhere else.
