Didn't have a clue what he was doing got billed for a repair which was never fixed on the car was an on going fault then when I finally got the car back was broke even more. Not everyone's experience is the same but I would avoid at all cost
Id been having a few issues with my E class over the last week and having had some astronomical prices from Robinsons Mercedes to just diagnose the issue I sort out an independent garage. Today Paul at Zeemax spent about an hour with me fixing the issues and replacing the part with a genuine Mercedes part. He was engaging and spent the time to explain what he was doing and why. I even got the offer of a tea and some biscuits! All in the problem with my E class fuel filter and DPF was fixed in less cost than it would have been just to diagnose the problem at Mercedes direct. Paul at Zeemax is always happy to help no matter how busy he may get, he will make the effort to help as much as possible. Reasonable prices and great services, would not go anywhere else.
This garage gives first class customer service and Paul is extremely knowledgeable with both Mercedes and other makes of car. My volvo's and landrover have both been serviced and maintained at this garage - highly recomended!
Have taken my last 3 Mercedes to Zeemax over the last 10 years and would not use anyone else. Paul is an excellent mechanic, and they make a great cup of tea! Would highly recommend anyone with a Mercedes who does not want to pay the high prices at a main dealership to give these guys a call, you won't regret it.
