I was having problems with my laptop for quite a while, a friend of mine told me to use this internet place in Dereham. They are really helpful thoroughly and highly recommended, and without being ripped off. If anyone needs anything doing with their laptop then go to this place. I had excellent service and it was very quick and polite, I will be returning when I need any more help.
I was recommended to go here as a last resort by NY neighbor, everyone else failed miserably, so i told my other half to have one last try, he took my PC in, told them what happened, he got home an hour later, I thought the worst, dam, he said no, they did it! The smaller one of the 2 said "that's a windows update issue" did a quick repair and got everything working again, advised a health check, but my guy was so impressed he bought us a new laptop, and they didn't even charge for getting the PC up and running again, honest friendly knowledgeable this was 8 months ago and PC perfect and laptop is brilliant, we will never go elsewhere, ever. I just thought it was time I gave these guys a big thank you.
Always top workmanship and a friendly face. I used to work in the trade and it's refreshing not to see automatons working without experience. These guys have yet to let me down and in my case it's worth the extra 13 miles to go for professional advice and service.
I have been a regular customer of this computer shop in Dereham from the time it opened.I have found both Barry and Mark very helpful and knowledgeable. In fact I would go as far as to say that if you have a problem they can fix it . if they can't then nobody can .I believe they go above and beyond to be helpful! they also give good advice if you need help to buy any equipment.
