Today was mediocre. There was a long wait for food that was luke warm. It is what it is though, toilets are clean and it was reasonably pleasant apart from the incessant music pumping through cheaply speakers.
Waited too long for porridge and bagel takeaway. Then Flora not butter. No knife to spread it. Bagel unwrapped in bag. Smiling staff member turned a rating of 1 to 2. Bad experience.
Lovely town Dereham, the Macdonald's Restaurant is a welcome break from the days chorus. Employees are welcoming and helpful. Clean and tidy environment and great food at affordable prices. Knowledgeable staff who are aware of customer needs whether overwhelmed with kids or with health conditions. The duty Manager Joshua definitely looks out for he's staff and is a diamond. Will visit again in my future travels.
Convenient and quick service with friendly staff. We called in for a quick driving break and food while we were on a long drive home. Not to far from the main road this is a great location for a quick stop and break.
If you like loud teenagers that love to hang out in front of the store on there moped, then this is the place for you. Possibly the only MC Donald's where I've ordered a chicken sandwich and just got the bread an mayo. Could be nice if they rained in the teens a bit
