Should be shut down before someone gets hurt
It is a nice place easy to get to and the people are really helpful
Worst place i have ever been to, looks like a homeless shelter the rooms look nothing like advertised. Had to look for another place to stay as i would not stay in that place if they paid me to. Please avoid!
I have just read the reviews for this hotel and found them extremely disappointing. I stayed there in 2004 and remembered beautifully decorated rooms and everything was clean. This hotel is a huge house with high ceiling rooms. The room we stayed in is decorated with taste. The 2 double beds are comfortable, the shower worked well and it is well heated. So sorry to have to say that the downside is that the staff have not been well trained in cleaning: the room was very dusty, bed-side tables sticky with sugar and coffee drips, the sink and shower were marked with mold and grime. There were spots of make up, blood, toothpaste on the bathroom walls, soap scum and dirty hand marks on the bathroom door around the handle and the shower door. We experienced an invasion of blue bottle flies which came even when the windows were shut. This is day 3 and we have just killed number 43!! Not very pleasant to spend time buying products for cleaning and RAID fly spray killer and collecting the little corpses from the floor to dispose of them.
