I booked a single room at this hotel as I was visiting friends for the weekend who could only offer a sofa for the night, and boy was it cheap at 10,so I wasn't expecting much. After booking, a friend told me of the very bad reviews it had but as I had booked I went anyway. All I can say is I"m glad I did.The room was in fact a double and spotlessly clean.Clean sheets and towels, toilet and shower. The walls and ceiling were immaculate. Alright there was a kettle but no cups etc and a tv which I didn't bother with but for a crash pad which was all I wanted it was brill. The only thing I was concerned about was the car park. (Yes it even had its own big car park). The signs were not clear so I left my car in the street overnight instead of the car park. Great for somewhere to put your head down for the night, no complaints whatsoever. I would stay here again, I mean what really would you expect for 10, but this was positive experience for me.

My partner and I had a booking for this hotel on the 11the July. Found both staff members rude and abrupt when we spoke to them. On entering the room it smelled damp. There was no extractor fan or window in the bathroom which would explain it being damp. As I have an allergy to aspergillus (a mould spore) we couldn't risk staying there. When telling the staff members of the problem, and that we couldn't stay, again they were rude, saying that the room was not damp, they were full and it was non refundable. Considering we left the room as we found it, telling them we were not staying, this is not good enough. They could have rebooked the room so feel we should be refunded. I would not recommend anyone to stay here!

Horrific experience last night! Room was dirty, Kettle but nothing else, Bed was uncomfortable and unclean. The biggest problem was the fact that the hotel staff let complete strangers into our room at 2AM! When i contacted the hotel regarding this in the morning they where of no help and did not care at all about the issue. This hotel puts customers personal safety at risk and should be shut down by local authorities!

Tv but no aerial ( looks like it been pulled of wall) and kettle and cups but no milk or teabags ( bring your own) Towels but no soap you get idea. Its got a flushing loo and shower so not too bad or they do give u loo roll. Its true what they say you get what u pay for. Parking 7.50 a night on top also. Ok when working away for basic accommodation.

I am still fighting to get my money back. I wasn't given an access code and there are no staff to help but on seeing another person's room and hearing horror stories from other people I am glad I never stayed. These rooms are unsafe and should be closed down.
